 in 1954 on November 20th each year to promote international day together and spread the awareness among the children worldwide.In Pakistan almost million people are deprived of education facilities ,many children need good health ,education and shelter activities ,there is a much attention to be paid to their resources and good life facilities.children have right to speak ,express and enjoy good health .it is the duty of parents to give them care love and affection ,appreciate them when they do good,develop association and trust on them ,never threat them when they are doing wrong because man learn by making mistake.,teacher are responsible to teach them according to their level of learning and never insult them in class ,students never forget the good teachers and their teachings .always support them to take part in good learning activities.i wish all the children to good luck for future

Behaviors actually are reflections of our personal life and personality.

Behaviors have great impact on our inter-personal and social life.

Behaviors make up and spoil our character.

In every-day life where our personal and social life depends upon each others support.  We cannot live our lives in isolation. Every moment we need each other’s support for economic needs and matters, and also for social life we help one another morally and by all other means of human development. We are always ready to support one another in happiness and sorrows. We have to keep up the relations in all situations. Spiritually we need each other, whenever someone is in problem or sick we always pray for him/ her, we extend greetings and prayers and best wishes. We at once change behaviors and try to show our sympathies for others and always show positive behavior.

Living our lives with all these social, emotional, economic concerns and spiritual concerns, we always show good gestures being human in nature. But beyond all these moral and social ethics we some times get aggressive and more emotional and create problems for other society members, and make the environment sad and frustrating.

We have to think and see how we can

Promote positive behaviors in the society

How through these positive behaviors, we can build healthy society.

How we can overcome our anger,  emotional, submissive and aggressive attitude to end hatred to change society into peaceful community/society.

Tips on Class room management

Class room management is an essential component for best teaching skills. The following skills teacher must have:

1)      Time management: teacher must divide the period of time regarding previous knowledge ,implementation of lesson and home work delivery

2)      Well planned lesson:  teacher must be well equipped and must enter full prepared in class

3)      Participatory approach :  try to maximum involve the students and call the in front time to time

4)      Create interest in the subject matter: teacher material must be interesting and according to needs of the children

5)      Appropriate teaching methodology select best teaching method and make it easier for children and flexible when it is required

6)      Must develop Professional behavior :  inculcate  good teaching skills and behavior ,so u can be considered best teacher

7)      Avoid discrimination :  try to avoid personal liking and must treat equally to all

8)      Discipline : control the class in well mannered way

9)      Encouragement :  appreciate the students time to time

10)   Reflection of the personality : our own perfection and dedication can inspire them lot

11)   Create good environment :  make good sitting arrangement and environment

Empathy is also known as "being able to put yourself in someone else's shoes". It's the trait whereby we understand the feelings, behaviors and intentions of others, and care. It obviously helps kids to socialize with others and makes school a happier place.

Some experts say that Empathy is more important than reading and writing it promotes good behavior, problem solving, confidence and decreases bullying.

How can we develop empathy in our children?

Is it something we learn in schools? Or these lessons come from their parents.

Without empathy you can-not have meaningful friendship

Empathy is the first stage of conflict resolution.

  

How terrible the summer in Pakistan

The world is beautiful place in the universe, when the world will become peaceful place? God created this world peaceful place on earth. But the natural and man-made circumstances has spoiled the environment and made this place a terrible place for living things, which include humans, animals and birds.

The increasing developments to find more and more facilities and leisure’s for life, the scientific changes have destroyed the natural beauty of the world.

As writer in the essay “whistling of birds” describes that winter in western parts of the world is not source of life, but it becomes source of death for the birds.  

Winter season in Pakistan is not much terrible in the eastern sides but it is worse in the north. In Pakistan northern areas do not have many developments for safe and security regarding weather conditions in winter and also infrastructure is poor for people’s safety as well as for animals.

If we talk about summer season in Pakistan, as many writers they describe their observations that winter is worse and terrible in western countries, I would say that hot weather or summer is terrible in plain areas in Pakistan. Especially for the poor people the summer is not a blessing but ------------.

The temperature is at peak in plain areas, it increases up to 50 c⁰ . The sun radiations makes everything warm, even it sometime burn everything.

It is very surprising fact that people die of heat, just they did not have facilities to keep themselves safe. In whistling of birds, the writer says that birds die of winter, but here in our part of world humans die of hot summer, medical treatment, die of dengue, die of hunger etc. these are strange facts.

In summer most of the population of Pakistan sleeps outside in the courtyards of the house or in the streets under the open sky. Large numbers of communities do not enjoy basic facilities. Majority of the population live in 500 -800 sq-ft houses along with 8-10 family members, where some people wait for one another to go for job and others get chance to sleep. Most of the population are laborers have to work in the hot weather. That means these people do not enjoy comfort at work place and also do not have facility at home to sleep in peaceful and calm place.

Load shedding (power failure) is bitter truth which has made peoples life unsafe and miserable. People are helpless to claim for peaceful life. Hot summer weather is one calamity but the other man made calamity has been imposed by the government on the poor people.

Hot weather in summer is very dangerous for humans but it is terrible for animals and birds. Especially street dogs and cats and other pet animals die in summer. Summer becomes terrible when these animals and birds do not find place to hide them from hot calamity.

I myself feel frightened, when spring is passing and summer is going to start. I compare it as it is natural calamity from God, now people who are not strong enough to bear the hot weather conditions will be in difficulty. Hot summer will disturb many lives. When there is no electricity people use to hide under the shades of trees and walls. Hours and hours heat plays with the lives of people. The sweating sometimes causes dehydration and ends at death penalty.      

LEARNING DIFFERENCES AMONG CHILDREN

Now a days we see that children are very active and good learners.they have good communication skills and are keen observer. The school going children are more interested in extra curricular activities and participated in learning opportunities.some of the students have best learning powers

but some students take time to understand the things. it is the duty of parents and teachers to help them and guide them regarding subject matter give them proper time table and share their difficulties .the activities of brilliant students must be watched they must utilize their talent in positive direction .teachers counselors and parents must find their best interest.learning difference is not a big issue ,but development a sincere understanding can enhance their learning abilities.

AMANA is a small girl of sixth standard .she forgets her lesson in exams ,so she need more practice of learning but parents instead of helping are more anxious about her grades in class .she shared that her class teacher do not appreciate her for having good writing skill.she is innocent and can be improved with love care attention and mutual understanding of parents and teachers
